Blogging - Stress Buster

I think blogging is a stress buster activity because when we are writing about any topic, we are throwing our thoughts outside from our brain. That way, we are relieving our brain. Some people write about their experiences in their personal diaries at the end of the day. This way they feel relaxed after writing. I think blogging is wonderful thing for all of us who know computers to relieve our stress. You may believe or not but it's true.

As people like us work for long hours on computers, we need to relax our mind so that we can do our job perfectly. I think blogging is one of the best stress buster activity because when you are writing a blog; you are with yourself, you are talking to yourself, you are giving time to yourself. People do lot of things to get relieve from stress like smoking, chatting etc. but blogging is better than such kind of activities because here you are refining your thoughts. It feels like having a virtual friend...

Blogging can be a stress too.

If you have too much of expectation(menetory) from your blog, then blogging becomes your job, and finally it becomes a stress.
